Application
BK3 high precision digital cutting system can realize through cutting, kiss cutting, milling, punching, creasing and marking function with high speed and high precision. With stacker and collection system, it can complete the material feeding and collecting quickly.
BK3 is quite suitable for sample making, short run and mass production in sign, advertising printing and packaging industries .
Universal cutting tool
IECHI UCT can perfectly cut materials with the thickness up to 5mm. Compared to other cutting tools, UCT is the most cost-effective one that allows for the fastest cutting speed and lowest maintenance cost. The protective sleeve equipped with spring ensures the cutting accuracy.
Creasing tool type
IECHO CTT is for creasing on the corrugated materials. A selection of creasing tools allows for perfect creasing. Coordinated with the cutting software, the tool can cut the corrugated materials along its structure or the reverse direction to have a finest creasing result, without any damage to the corrugated material’s surface.
V-Cutting Tool
Specialized for V-cut processing on corrugated materials, IECHO V-cut Tool can cu 0⁰, 15⁰, 22.5⁰, 30⁰ and 45 ⁰.
Rooting Tool RZ
With imported spindle, IECHO RZ has a rotating speed of 60000rpm. The router driven by hogh frequency motor can be applied for cutting hard materials with the maximum thickness of 20mm. IECHO RZ realiza the 24/7 working requirement. The customized cleaning device cleans up the production dust and debris. The air cooling system extends blade life.
POT
POT driven by compressed air, IECHO POT with 8mm stroke, is especially for cutting hard and compact materials. Equipped with different kinds of blades, the POT can make different process effect. The tool can cut the material up to 110mm by using specialized blades.
Kiss Cut Tool KCT
The kiss cut tool is mainly used for cutting vinyl materials. IECHO KCT makes it possible that the tool cuts through the top part of the material without any damage to the bottom part. It allows high cutting speed for material processing.
Electric Oscillating Tool
The Electrical Oscillating Tool is super suitable for cutting the material of medium density. Coordinated with various kinds of blades IECHO EOT is applied for cutting different materials and is able to cut 2mm arc.
SYSTEM
Vacuum section control system: BK3 suction area can be turned on/off individually to have a more dedicated working area with more suction power and less waste energy. The vacuum power can be controlled by frequency conversion system .
IECHO Continuous Cutting System: Intelligent conveyor system makes feeding, cutting and collecting to work together. Continuous cutting can cut the long pieces, saving labor cost and increasing productivity .
IECHO cutting knife initialization: control the cutting depth accuracy with displacement sensor through automatic knife initialization .
Precise automatic positioning system: with high precision CCD camera, BK3 realizes the precise position and registration cutting for different materials. It solves the problems of manual positioning deviation and print deformation .
